Everything you need to convert your 16" bike to the 20" size to fit your rider as they grow. Driver can run 1spd cog up to 11spd, 36 tooth cassette

  5. Extra peice of housing and chain

  • Kit includes 20" wheels and 20" dropouts

    Kit allows your Flow Bike to grow to a 20" bike so your child can be on the same bike longer.  Kit adjusts standover height to 19".  Lengthens the chainstay length by 280 mm.
